- From both 380 North and 380 South: Take exit 20B – 7th Street E; continue straight past 1st Ave; make a left on 2nd Ave SE; past 8th Street SE, make a left into the PCI “E” as in Edward parking garage. Proceed to Level 3, park and take skywalk across 2nd Ave SE to Eastern Iowa Sleep Center.
